An A to Z Challenge from the point of
view of the newest member of the family...Emmie is a 4-ish year old
pit bull mix that we rescued on March 20, 2015.
The humans use this machine that they call an ice maker. It makes a lot of noise, so I bark at it.
Do you have any scary machines in your house?
My cats were very suspicious of our new espresso machine at first - I would turn it on and four cats would fling themselves into the air before racing behind the back of the armchair - they have got used to it now fortunately :) Special Teaching at Pempi’s Palace
ReplyDeleteThe look of suspicion on their faces is priceless!
DeleteI love the point of view you've chosen for A to Z - that's hilarious and wonderful! My dog and my cat both choose to go outside when we vacuum. For us, the funny part is that our dog tries to act as cool as the cat does about it. They see the vacuum, and they wander over to the door together and then turn to stare at me with a combination of disdain and pleading - only a combo that a cat and dog friend mix can pull off. :)
ReplyDeleteYou should seriously consider videotaping that "cool" move of theirs! LOL
DeleteHighly suspicious and obnoxious, that ice maker. Our heater is the monster under the house that rattles and bangs away unless we turn it off and freeze.
ReplyDeleteSounds like your heater is a big jerk ;)
DeleteNo, but my neighbors have a scary car that needs to be either fixed or thrown out.
ReplyDeletePrecious Monsters
I am quite sure that Emmie wouldn't approve of that either!
DeleteIce makers scare me too! lol
ReplyDeleteHahaha!!!
DeleteHa-ha. Another learning curve for Emmie.
