My mommie says that I make a lot of noise when I sleep.  I don't hear a thing!

Going outside is one of my very most favorite things! Sometimes my human brother plays ball with me...I love it!

Ice Maker

The humans use this machine that they call an ice maker.  It makes a lot of noise, so I bark at it.

Do you have any scary machines in your house? 

Acupuncture For Sports Injuries

I mentioned last week that my daughter sprained her shoulder playing softball...well, I took her with me today for an acupuncture treatment.  She's had acupuncture several times before and is an old pro already :)

Here she is waiting for her treatment.  This is pre-needles...

(Totally unrelated...I love the color of my acupuncturist's office!) 

First, she had her shoulder massaged a bit to loosen up the muscle. You can even watch a video on your tablet while you have your treatment!

After the massage, the needles go in...here's a shot of the needles in her back and shoulder...

She even let me take a bit of video...she's such a champ!

Total Ankle Replacement: 11 & 5 months Post-Op ROM Video

STAR -- Total Ankle Replacement was done on my left ankle (#1) in June 2013, and my right ankle (#2) in December 2013.  This shows ROM (range of motion) on May 6, 2014...approximately 11 months post-op for #1, and 5 months post-op for #2.

Here is the comparison from my last video where I was 5.5 months out with ankle #1.

How To Keep Busy While Recovering: YouTube

It can be used for education or entertainment.  I've found videos on how to dye fabric to interviews with rock stars.  My husband even did a $800 fix on our truck by watching a video, doing it himself, and saving us the money.  There is something for everybody and if you ever need to find an answer to a problem, chances are someone has made a YouTube video on it.
