It's Friday and I'm Celebrating The Small Things! The brainchild of Viklit, Celebrate The Small Things is a weekly celebration where some bloggers have decided to post about something worth celebrating...no matter how big or small it is. This week I'm celebrating:
- A couple days of nice, low humidity weather! Yesterday Emmie and I spent most of the afternoon outside on the screen porch. Look at that belly! I want to eat it up!
- Being able to spend more time with my daughter and husband because this is one of the couple of weeks they have off from travel softball. I'm enjoying it while I can, because it sure doesn't last long!
- Our local weatherman, Doug Kammerer, visited our neighborhood!
My daughter even made it on tv for all of about 5 seconds...her 5 seconds of fame! Hahaha! That's her in the upper left hand corner.
Doug was kind enough to give us an autograph :) He even played football with the kids. That's Doug in the red shirt in the background...and my hubby with the baseball mitt in my yard.
It's been a very exciting week!
What are you celebrating?
