Sunflowers For Tina #LifeIsGood

Just a couple of weeks ago a very beautiful spirit left this world.  I never met her, but she befriended me this April during the A to Z Challenge.  She said that we "had to be friends" because we had so much in common :)  How could I say no to that?  Tina was always there to lend a few words of positivity and truly believed that "Life Is Good".

Tina you will be missed.  God Bless you!  May the Lord give your family peace and love during this terrible time.  I hope that it brings your family some comfort by seeing how much influence your spirit had in this world...with people who never even had the privilege to meet you face to face.

I didn't plant a sunflower, or buy one...I'm afraid that at this point in the season they won't grow fully.  But...I promise that next spring I will plant a whole handful in your honor!  Below is a pic of the sunflowers that grow in one of my neighbors backyards.  She gave me permission to post her pic.

Rest in Peace sweet lady...

    1. I planted sunflowers only once, a few years ago...and with my black thumb they didn't do so well! Next year I will try much, much harder!

  8. So huge! I'll be planting in the spring as well. And I'll have to put a force field around them so they won't get eaten again.
    Very nice post.
    Thank you,
    Heather
