But changing any schedule can be hard. We all get used to our own time clock. Before I got ill and worked EMS, I worked nights. My Circadian Rhythm is just different from most people's I guess. Now being on SSDI, waking up at 8:30am for my meds is excruciating. Most of my life before EMS I worked in corporate America and would get up at 6:30am to be at work by 8:30am and it was brutal. I hated it. Nights were the best thing that ever happened to me. Go figure.

I hope you're feeling well and enjoy your Valentine's Day and the weekend. Hugs to you and as always, thanks for co-hosting. Love ya!! That doesn't always work, though. Sometimes I go to bed early and then still wake up cranky and tired if I have to get up early the next day. Normally, I get up at 5:45 to get the kids to school on time. Weekends, I sleep in until 7:30, if I can get away with it. Happy Weekend!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3794526199796396923.post-45871447783530263562015-02-13T16:58:05.001-05:002015-02-13T16:58:05.001-05:00I hate getting up earlier than normal too. I hope your family's schedule goes back to normal soon. My hubs usually gets up at 5:45, but I've been taking an "extra" nap until 6:15 lately - sometimes that half hour makes a difference. :)
Tyrean Martinsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15356604721537744361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3794526199796396923.post-22233097315927967462015-02-13T07:57:35.202-05:002015-02-13T07:57:35.202-05:006 A.M.
